How do I book a tour package?
Choose a package from our Tours page and send your details through the enquiry form. We will review your travel dates, group size and preferences before sharing availability and a quotation. Your booking is confirmed after the agreed payment and confirmation process is completed.
Which destinations does Tiende Travel cover?
Our current packages cover Kenya safari destinations, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Singapore. Other routes may be arranged on request, subject to availability and local operating conditions.
Can a tour package be customised?
Yes. Travel dates, hotel category, trip duration, transfers and selected activities can be adjusted to suit your priorities and budget. Custom requests remain subject to availability and the final quotation.
What is normally included in a package?
Inclusions vary by package and may cover accommodation, airport transfers, ground transport, guided sightseeing, safari drives, selected meals or stated attraction tickets. Flights, visas, insurance and optional activities are included only when clearly listed in your confirmed itinerary.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are available for many of our packages and can also be requested as part of a customised plan. Please share your arrival airport, flight details and group size so the correct arrangement can be quoted.
Can you help with flights and visa support?
Tiende Travel provides worldwide air ticketing and Dubai visa support services. Visa approval is decided by the relevant immigration authority, and airline schedules or fares can change until ticketing is completed.
How early should I book my trip?
Booking early is recommended for peak travel periods, popular safari seasons, major events and limited hotel availability. Earlier planning gives you more choice, but all prices and services remain subject to availability when confirmed.
How do payments and booking confirmation work?
Your quotation will explain the required deposit, balance deadline and accepted payment process. Use only the official payment details provided by Tiende Travel. A submitted enquiry or quotation does not by itself confirm a reservation.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Change and cancellation conditions depend on the airlines, hotels, attractions and other suppliers included in your booking. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Additional charges or non-refundable amounts may apply.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. A suitable policy may help with medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage problems and other unexpected events. Coverage and exclusions differ, so review the policy carefully.
Are safari wildlife sightings guaranteed?
No. Wildlife moves freely and every game drive is different. Experienced guides use local knowledge to improve the experience, but specific animals, migration activity and mountain views cannot be guaranteed.
